Situation
You only practiced the two most important project integration documents, and as already discussed, there is a project development logic behind the documents I choose for you to practice in this introduction. Nevertheless you have to be aware that there is a lot of information that is intentionally left outside.
Details It’s not within the scope of this course to cover project management exhaustively, the focus being on Risk Management. In what regards scope management we will practice on defining scope of the project and the WBS (work breakdown structure). Requirements So, now that we have the high level plans we need to add details and refine.
And one important step in this regard is the Scope Statement. You can find here* a template and guidelines. The WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) is one of the most important documents in the project, and many other processes have this as a starting point.
