Staff already have a profile with older recruitment systems like Galaxy. So, they will not register. Their profiles migrated to Inspira. Staff original login is based on index number and a temporary password, and they will be recognized as staff with access to internally advertised jobs and also training.
Non-staff will need first to register and then you can use the ID and password to login, whether you land on Inspira through the Careers portal, directly or after a Job search. (...) Upon completion of the fields, click on the Register button. You will be automatically logged in to your inspira Careers Home page once you have successfully registered and created your login account.
The registration process has to be completed in a single session; otherwise data entered for an uncompleted registration will be lost. After a successful registration, you must use the same login information when returning to the system.
Use your full and correct name and data, UN has no legal obligation to change what you originally submitted. The information that appears on the Careers Home page is unique to the you and cannot be seen by other users, such as Notifications, Applications, Saved Job Searches.
