Preparation for a Coaching Session
A coaching session is a meeting between you and your coachee. And, as with any meeting, preparation will help you to achieve your desired outcome.

You will reap the benefits of taking the time to prepare for each coaching intervention because you will be able to recognize coaching opportunities as they arise, agree with the coachee that coaching needs to happen, and make sure that you have everything you need to make the coaching session a success.
Remember that poor planning leads to poor performance. (...)
