In Inspira you can prepare an application when you apply to a job opening, and later on you can use it as a template.
Or, you can draft and save one or more fully or partially completed draft applications without applying for a job opening.
After you login to Inspira you will access your Careers Home page. If you are external applicant form Main Menu to Careers, if you are a staff member form Main Menu - Self- Service, Recruiting activities and then Careers.
The average time to complete your application, first time is between 90 and 120 minutes if you have about 4 work experiences. If you have more add some time for this and also for education if you have more than the average applicant.
I spent 3 hours first time, and about the same total number of our in time to refine my profile. But I get 3 - 4 invitation every months for an assessment or for an interview, which is not bad at all since I don’t make more than 8 - 10 applications.
Next you click on create Draft Application and the Apply Now page appears. If your profile is not complete, remember, you cannot make an application.
